INTERNAL AFFAIRS
The Internal Affairs Division is responsible for coordinating the internal development of ALSA LC UGM. The scope of Internal Affairs encompasses internal organizational development, which is guided by data, with the goal of enhancing the quality of human resources within ALSA LC UGM, improving the operational quality of ALSA LC UGM, and enhancing the understanding of ALSA LC UGM members regarding the 4 Pillars of ALSA and ALSA values. Furthermore, Internal Affairs also plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing member relationships on an ongoing basis.

PROGRAM KERJA
MUSYAWARAH LOKAL
Musyawarah Lokal is the highest forum within ALSA LC UGM, organized for the purpose of leadership succession and regeneration. Additionally, Musyawarah Lokal is held to evaluate the performance of the previous year's management through the presentation of the Accountability Report (LPJ), assess and update the AUPO and GBHK of ALSA LC UGM to align with current times and organizational conditions, and select a new Director who will lead ALSA LC UGM in the following term.
OLMA
OLMA is the culminating event in the series of ALSA LC UGM's new member intake process, which, as stipulated in Article 20 of the AUPO ALSA LC UGM, is a mandatory requirement for the cadetship process. The series of OLMA activities commences with Pre-OLMA, which involves preparing for the event and group introductions. Subsequently, OLMA includes activities for honing soft skills and equipping participants with knowledge about ALSA.
ALSA ANNIVERSARY
The annual work program of the Internal Affairs Division is aimed at commemorating and celebrating the anniversary of ALSA LC UGM.
